| The DataPort VII comes standard as an Ultra DataPort with a high-impedance cable for SCSI Ultra Wide applications. DataPort VII features a removable front bezel allowing custom-made devices to be used in a single frame. This applies to 1.6" and 1" cut-out options for MO, DAT, and other removable media devices. The DataPort VII features a "Thermostatically Controlled Cooling System" (TCCS), fan failure alarm, a seven-segment SCSI ID display and a selector switch. A filter is located inside the opening of the handle to eliminate dust particles from settling on the electronics of the drive.
